Audienceflow ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our live audience engagement application.

For Participants (Clients):

• Display name (chosen by you)
• Event code entered
• Quiz responses and answer timing
• Device identifier (temporary session only)

For Event Hosts (Admins):

• Email address
• Account name
• Password (encrypted)
• Event configuration settings
• Questions and content created

• Device type and browser information
• IP address (for geographic region only)
• Session duration and interaction timestamps
• Performance metrics (response times, connection quality)

• Real names (unless voluntarily provided by hosts)
• Phone numbers
• Physical addresses
• Payment information (processed by third-party providers)
• Device contacts or photos
• Location GPS coordinates

We use collected information to:

• Enable real-time participation in events
• Display leaderboards and scores
• Provide event analytics to hosts
• Maintain session connectivity
• Improve app performance and features
• Prevent cheating or abuse

We share data with:

• Event Hosts: Aggregated participation data and analytics (no personal identifiers)
• Other Participants: Only your display name and score on public leaderboards
• Service Providers: Firebase (Google) for real-time database and authentication

We will NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share individual response data with advertisers
• Use your email for marketing without consent

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS
• Authentication: Firebase Authentication secures admin accounts
• Temporary Data: Participant session data is deleted 24 hours after event conclusion

Audienceflow does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately for deletion.

If you access CrowdCue from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using CrowdCue, you consent to this transfer.

California residents have additional rights under CCPA:

• Right to know categories of personal information collected
• Right to know if information is sold or disclosed
• Right to opt-out of sale (Note: We do not sell personal information)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

For EU residents:
