Audienceflow is a live audience engagement platform that enables event hosts to create interactive quiz experiences for participants. The Service includes:
- Real-time quiz gameplay
- Leaderboard tracking
- Light show synchronization
- Event management tools
3. User Accounts and Roles
3.1 Account Types
- Admin/Host Accounts: Require registration with email and password
- Participant Access: No account required; join via event code
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of unauthorized access
- Providing accurate information
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Remain inactive for 12 months
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You AGREE to:
- Use the Service lawfully and respectfully
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Provide appropriate content for your audience
- Report violations or security issues
You AGREE NOT to:
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Manipulate scores or game mechanics
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- Scrape data or use automated systems without permission
- Create inappropriate content for minors if they are present
- Use the Service for gambling or illegal activities
- Reverse engineer or attempt to breach security measures
5. Content Guidelines
5.1 Host-Created Content
Event hosts retain ownership of their questions and content but grant CrowdCue a license to:
- Display content during events
- Store content for Service functionality
- Generate aggregated, anonymous analytics
5.2 Prohibited Content
Content must not include:
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Violence or graphic content
- False or misleading information
- Copyright-infringing material
- Personal information of others without consent
5.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 CrowdCue Property
